About Willow Creek Ranch
We're a small family ranch outside Fairview, Oregon. Our animals graze on open pasture, are grain-finished where appropriate, and are processed at a USDA-inspected custom facility in compliance with Oregon farm-direct sales rules. We sell by the whole animal, half, or quarter — never by the bag — so every buyer gets a fair, whole-animal share of a known animal.

Why whole-animal only?
Oregon farm-direct rules require livestock to be sold as whole animals (or fixed fractions). Selling by the whole, half, or quarter keeps the sale legal, and gives every buyer a fair, whole-animal share of a specific, known animal — not ground-up lots.
